Welcome to SaintsHub! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SaintsHub mobile application (the "App") and the website saintshub.net (the "Website"), operated by SaintsHub ("we," "our," or "us"). 5. Church Profiles

5.1 Creating Church Profiles

Users may create profiles for churches within the App. By creating a church profile, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to create and manage the profile on behalf of the church
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You will keep the information up to date

5.2 Church Profile Content

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any church profile that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content. Church profiles that violate these Terms may be removed without notice.

6. Content

6.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App and our services.

6.2 Sermon and Religious Content

The App provides access to sermons, Bible verses, and other religious content. This content is provided for personal, non-commercial, and spiritual growth purposes. The views expressed in sermons and religious content do not necessarily reflect the views of SaintsHub.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by SaintsHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

SaintsHub, the SaintsHub logo, and other SaintsHub marks are trademarks of SaintsHub. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including but not limited to:

• YouTube (for video content)
• Cloudinary (for image storage)
• External church websites

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Basis

The App and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any content obtained through the App will meet your expectations

9.3 Religious Content Disclaimer

The religious content provided through the App (sermons, Bible verses, study materials) is for informational and spiritual purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability
